Manufacturing started
In the previous installment of the #HARE19 newsletter, we revealed that our components had begun the manufacturing process and were steadliy arriving to us so we can test the components and add to the #HARE19 car!
Sponsor visits
The team had the pleasure of welcoming IMechE committee member, Roy Chowings, where we discussed this year’s plan and our current progress. From his visit, he was very pleased with the current progress and was excited about the ideas and designs we have implemented.
As well as the successful IMechE visit, the team also had the pleasure of welcoming Richard Vaughan from Thorite for a tour around our facilities and to display the progress of the build. The team and Richard had a great chat regarding our plans for this year and what we have achieved thus far.
